Future plans
1. Development and revitalization of a historical quarter (1 ha) in the very centre of Warsaw, between Nowogrodzka, Poznańska and Św. Barbary streets. The earliest to be renovated is the historic Telephone and Telegraph Building at 45 Nowogrodzka Street.
2. A new green-field project is currently under construction. The development at 33 Raclawicka St. in Cracow will be a mixed-use facility, offering two sections: with ca. 300 serviced apartments and ca. 300 student beds. Completion in 2025.
