MDC2 is a relatively young warehouse developer (est. in 2021) but its team has over 20 years’ experience and has successfully delivered 30% of the entire warehousing stock in the country. In the last three years, we have completed over 177,000 sq m of sustainable warehouses while an additional 60,000 sq m is under construction. In total, we have as much as 1m sq m of space in the pipeline. Now, we have one of the highest-rated green warehouses in Europe, MDC2 Park Gliwice – to be certified at BREEAM New Construction Outstanding level with a score of 92.64%. We have also managed to lower down the embedded carbon footprint for MDC2 Park Łódź South to a level 61% lower than the global average and 49% lower than the Polish average. Our biggest strenghts are the focus on delivering our ESG strategy, people and culture oriented business and a strong focus on transparency in front of all our stakholders.

Hadley has been operating in CEE for 25 years where he is recognized for growing businesses and outperforming the marketplace. Together with his co-founders, Maciej Madejak and Jeremy Cordery, established a warehouse development company, MDC2 that is focusing on ESG aligned buildings.
