Avison Young launched its Office Agency division in mid-2022, bringing in a complete team of market experts. Since then, the team has successfully completed numerous transactions proving their proficiency and maintaining their position in the market.
Team’s field of niche expertise is public sector in which we are market leaders, having advised in the period in question to such institutions as: GIS, Rzecznik Praw Pacjenta, Okręgowa Inspekcja Pracy or Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
Major achievements this year are:
- Completion of the largest deal in the Polish office leasing market in 2024 - renewal of the lease agreement for BGK in Varso 2
- Introducing 2 newcomers to the Polish market, Larian and Tanium
- Signing the first lease agreement in the Vibe building (Warsaw) on behalf of the tenant – MDDP Outsourcing
