The largest transactions concluded with the support of JLL include those signed by: DSV (75,000 sqm, Panattoni Park Wrocław South Hub), confidential tenant (24,000 sqm, GLP Warsaw I Logistics Centre Grodzisk), confidential client (18,000 sqm, BTS Nowa Sól), confidential tenant (43,000 sqm, 7R Park Wrocław West II), Orbico (10,114 sqm, P3 Poznań II), Carlsberg Supply (15,000 sqm, Park Szczecin Trzebusz), a confidential tenant (18,000 sqm, Diamond Business Park Stryków), a confidential tenant (36,000 sqm, Logicor Teresin). Further transactions include: 8 hectares in Rawicz for TKH Group N.V., 6 hectares for Atman in Duchnice, 50 hectares in the municipality of Wiskitki - JLL advised a confidential investor on the choice of location for a new investment.

In the period under review, sales support concerned 72.2 hectares. The specialists' activities include the establishment of legal statuses, land classification changes, changes in the study of conditions and land development and obtaining environmental decisions. In addition, JLL supports clients with BTS consultancy and market analyses.
