• In Q4 2022, WING Group, as the majority shareholder, and Griffin Capital Partners, signed a deal for the acquisition of a 60% shareholding in Bauwert AG, one of the leading and most recognized German real estate developers. The company has completed more than 330 projects and constructed over 2 m sqm with development volume of over EUR 4.5 bn. The transaction was closed in April 2023. • In Q1 2023, a JVCo of Griffin Capital Partners & Kajima Europe signed the acquisition of 70% of shares in Hymon Fotowoltaika (“Hymon”), one of the leaders in the Polish PV rooftop installations and heat pump sector, focusing on all market segments. • In 2023, Griffin and Redefine Properties set up a JV to acquire Stokado, the second-largest self-storage operator in Poland. Stokado currently stores goods belonging to ca. 3,000 private and B2B customers in its countrywide network of dedicated self-storage facilities. The Company currently operates over 20,000 sqm of NLA in 15 locations.

Maciej Dyjas joined Griffin in 2013, Nebil Senman joined in 2014. Both Managing Partners are responsible for strategic decisions regarding the company's assets, as well as overseeing teams responsible for managing portfolio companies and ongoing transactions.
