Agata Jurek-Zbrojska heads the Warsaw real estate team, which comprises 40 lawyers. She advises local and international investors, developers, and real estate funds active in the CEE region. She focuses on strategic acquisitions and sale, joint ventures, structuring and restructuring in all market segments, including office, commercial, logistics and residential. In recent years, she has advised on the first projects in the pioneering PRS market in Poland.

TRIGEA, Real Estate Fund on the acquisition of: 1) My Place II, a modern class A office building, from Echo Investment; 2) an over 100 million euro MidPoint 71, an A-Class office building in Wrocław.
