• Trei has been the leading retail investor on the Polish market since 2013. The company develops its Polish portfolio of Vendo Parks, which now consists of 38 retail parks. The total area of the opened facilities is approximately 180 000 sqm and their value exceeds 240 mln EUR. • In addition to developing retail parks, Trei Real Estate Poland manages over 135 commercial properties. • Trei continues to dynamically develop the range of retail parks under the Vendo Park brand in Poland. In 2024, the company plans to open at least four more facilities –in Wrocław, Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Ciechanów and Szczecin. • Vendo Parks responds to the specific needs of local communities. It introduces shops with low saturation in the region or brands debuting in the local market. • Trei places a very high value on sustainability. This year, the investor began certifying its facilities under the BREEAM system, which is not standard practice on the Polish real estate market.
