7R concluded one of the largest real estate M&A transactions in the logistics sector in Europe this year. Nrep become a majority shareholder in 7R, investing approximately EUR 200 million of new equity in the company. As a share capital increase, it has been one of the more complex transactions taking place this year. 7R is now one of the most capitalised developers of logistics and industrial facilities focused on Poland. 7R has launched an ambitious decarbonisation plan. It will bring zero-emission buildings to the market in the coming years. The company's first development made in accordance with its new decarbonisation strategy is 7R Park Wrocław West II. In this case, carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by more than 50%. 7R established Green Team, a dedicated group of experts working towards building a state-of-the-art, zero-emission warehouse.
