Two large-scale office projects in Warsaw, including high-rise developments located next to the Central Railway Station and in the Northern part of the city centre.

Following the commercial success of its former developments, between October 2015 and September 2016, HB Reavis delivered over 83,000 sqm of new office space in Warsaw, including Gdanski Business Center II (buildings C and D) and West Station I. Since 2015, HB Reavis leased a total of over 100,000 sqm GLA of office space in Warsaw. In September 2016, HB Reavis also successfully disposed two high quality and fully occupied assets: Gdanski Business Center I and Konstruktorska Business Center. Both deals amounting in total to ca. €300 million were among the largest office transactions of the year in the CEE region. Consequently, operations on the Polish market contributed significantly to the Group’s overall growth. The team led by Stanislav Frnka is now responsible for preparations of new developments, including the multifunctional high-rise scheme located by Chmielna Street as well as a large scale commercial project at Burakowska Street in the Northern part of Warsaw city centre.
