All these measures are geared towards the target of achieving zero carbon emissions. Simultaneously, the Group is experiencing remarkable growth in its scale of operations. In the first six months of 2023, its revenue from operations and FFO (funds from operations) surged by over 50% year on year, reaching PLN 185.7m and PLN 58m, respectively. The value of its investment properties reached PLN 4.3bn, with net assets (NAV) standing at PLN 2.4bn. The Group has 1.07 million sqm of completed space, with 97.4% occupancy across all its assets. The development potential of its existing landbank is close to 1.8 million sqm. The average lease length is 7 years, with the retention rate at 100%.

This encompasses 14 strategically located logistics parks in Poland (MLP Business Park Poznań, MLP Czeladź, MLP Gliwice, MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski, MLP Łódź, MLP Lublin, MLP Poznań, MLP Poznań West, MLP Pruszków I, MLP Pruszków II, MLP Teresin, MLP Wrocław, MLP Wrocław West, MLP Zgorzelec), five logistics parks in Germany (MLP Business Park Berlin, MLP Spreenhagen, MLP Business Park Schalke, MLP Idstein, MLP Unna) and one logistics park in each of Romania (MLP Bucharest West) and Austria (MLP Business Park Viecca). The Group specialises in the development of two types of warehouse space formats: ‘big-box’ warehouse facilities and City Logistics facilities branded as MLP Business Park.
