Participation in property sales and acquisitions between July 2022 and June 2023
1.A joint venture between Echo Investment and AFI Europe concerning the development of a building complex complete with office, commercial and PRS functions located along Warsaw’s ul. Towarowa. The value of the land for the project amounted to EUR 180 million and the transaction was certainly the largest and most prestigious mixed-use real estate project executed in 2022 in Poland.
2.A joint venture between Robyg and Centerbridge Partners concerning residential projects with a usable residential area of over 100,000 sqm in the Tri-City area and Warsaw. The transaction was the biggest residential transaction executed in H1 2023 in Poland.
3.The conclusion of sale and leaseback agreements for Zabka Polska related to its new 60,000 sqm logistics facility located in Radzymin near Warsaw.
4. This year we had the privilege in assisting our client, 7R, in entering into a strategic partnership with NREP, pursuant to which NREP will invest approximately EUR 200 million of new equity into 7R.
