Trei’s portfolio in Poland includes 36 retail parks in 15 voivodeships: 9 in masovian district, 4 in Silesia Province and Łódź Voivodeship, two each in Lower Silesia, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lesser Poland, Podlasie, Pomeranian and West Pomeranian provinces and one retail park each in Lubelskie, Lubuskie, Opolskie, Podkarapackie, Swietkorzyskie and Wielkopolskie. The size of the facilities ranges from 2000 sqm to 9000 sqm.

Trei Real Estate's strategy is to independently plan, build, commercialize and manage the retail parks in a long term perspective. But to expand its portfolio of Vendo Parks in Poland, Trei Real Estate Poland has acceded a joint venture with investor Patron Capital. Projects in progress
Trei has 15 retail projects in progress, at different stages of development. Construction of 3 of them has already started (Szczecin, Lubin, Konin). 4 are at the preparatory stage and they have obtained building permit (Bolesławiec, Wrocław, Mogilno, Ciechanów). Another 8 projects are on various stages of agreements (Katowice, Sierpc, Siedlce, Gniezno I and II, Września, Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Grudziądz, Kędzierzyn Koźle).
