Highlights include advising: Nrep on the acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R. Nrep invested approx. €200m into the company. It was one of the top deals in the logistics sector in CEE in 2023; Develia on the €100m acquisition of the Polish subsidiaries of Nexity; NEPI Rockcastle on the €250m acquisition of Forum Gdańsk Shopping Centre - the acquisition is one of the largest single asset shopping centre transactions in Europe, and the largest in CEE in 2022. We also advised the client on the €127m acquisition of Atrium Copernicus Shopping Center in Toruń; Investika on the acquisition of Royal Trakt Offices, one of the most unique office buildings in Warsaw; Echo Investment on the sale of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice - the deal value exceeded €100m, making it one of the largest office sector transactions in CEE in 2022; LeadCrest Capital Partners on the acquisition, in a sale and leaseback formula, of a portfolio of logistics assets in Poland.
