With beginning of September 2021, Mercure Katowice Centrum, located in the centrum of Katowice, opened doors to its first guests. The modern facility is the part of the transformation happening in Katowice: from industrial to ecological city. Thanks to the use of environmentally friendly solutions, recycled materials and the facade of the building covered with natural greenery, the hotel is a perfect embodiment of the future of hospitality. An expression of the hotel's commitment to ecology is the mural in the lobby prepared by the local activist and street-art artist Mona Tusz.
