Bartosz Prytuła – Managing Partner Poland

Bartosz Prytuła joined WSRE in 2005 as Investment Manager, being responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing third party debt financing, as well as equity procurement. Over the years Bartek assumed increasing levels of responsibility and became a Managing Partner. Prior to joining WSRE, Bartek spent 4 years at Morgan Keegan, where he worked in the investment banking division. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington College (MA) with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration.

White Star Real Estate portfolio currently consist of 11 completed properties in Poland that are currently held by the company. The most unique one is Elektrownia Powiśle (54,000 sqm) - a mixed-use project in Warsaw that was opened in May 2020. Completion of works for the first building in the Park Kraków was in 2022 (12 000 sqm).
