JLL Capital Markets team advised in transactions of a total value of €3.6 billion (between October 2020 and June 2022). In 2021 alone the JLL deals reached €3.1 billion, which represented 48% of the total turnover in Poland and 58% of the Agency market (all transactions with involvement of at least one broker). This gave the JLL team first place in terms of market share among all market players (1st in industrial, 1st in retail, 1st in living, 2nd in offices). Furthermore, JLL Capital Markets team boasts a balanced track record including at least several landmark transactions from each sector.
