Tomasz took the lead of Industrial Department in Q2 2022. He has been involved in the commercial property market for over 18 years. He started his career at JLL in 2010 and has since successfully supervised numerous projects. In his team, he is involved in strategic tenant representation during leasing transactions across Poland, development strategy, as well as supervising and supporting the team's activities in regional markets. During the analysed period, the sales support covered as much as 217 ha. The activities of the specialists covered a wide range including establishing legal statuses, changes in classification, changes in the studium of conditions and land development, or obtaining environmental decisions. In addition, JLL supports clients with BTS consultancy and market analysis (trend-setting studies and customised consultancy reports).
