Our assignment included advising on structuring transactions, developing the transaction documentation, and performing the vendor due diligence investigation. PBG Group / Skalar Advising on transaction regarding sale of office building, located in prime location in Poznań. Our assignment consisted of comprehensive legal advice, including structuring of the transaction, developing transaction documents, and closing of the transaction. Participation in development projects between October 2020 and June 2022
Reckitt Benckiser Advising on an investment process in a new production facility, including performance of DD of properties intended to be purchased and taking part in negotiations of property purchase agreements (preliminary and final). Panattoni Europe Our assignment includes particularly performing a full due diligence of real properties to be purchased and further developed for warehouse / logistic purposes (aimed at identification of potential investment risks), and related transactional legal assistance. Beneteau Group Advising on the acquisition of Delphia Yachts, including the acquisition of respective real properties/production sites. The transaction included the acquisition of numerous real properties which affected the structure of the transaction, inter alia due to pre-emptied rights etc. Savills Our legal advisory covers all real estate matters - negotiation of real estate acquisition, construction and agency agreements, as well as regulatory and other assistance.
