Major new 2016 instructions in Poland include: Warsaw Spire A, B, C (109,000 sqm, Warsaw), Wołoska (21,000 sqm, Warsaw), Galeria Głowno (5,800 sqm, Głowno), Crown Tower, Crown Point, Cybernetyki, IO-1, Taifun (55,150 sqm, Warsaw), a portfolio of boutique office buildings – Pasaż Pod Błękitnym Słońcem and Wrocław 101 (7,800 sqm, Wrocław), My Box (3,800 sqm, Namysłów), Atrium 2 (20,000 sqm, Warsaw), Zebra Tower and Lipinski Passage (18,300 sqm, Warsaw), a portfolio of two industrial buildings (approx. 100,000 sqm, Piaseczno and Stryków). Other notable projects JLL continued to work on between Q4 2015 and Q3 2016 included: Rondo 1, Marynarska Business Park, Karolkowa Business Park, Forum Gliwice and many more.
