JLL provides strategic leasing advisory and is responsible for the commercialization of 22 retail projects totaling 700,000 sqm. These include prestigious, well- known assets such as Galeria Północna (65,000 sqm), Galeria Jurajska (48,800 sqm), Galeria Wilanów (61,000 sqm+16,000 sqm), Forum Gdańsk (60,000 sqm), Blue City (65,000 sqm), Forum Gliwice (42,500 sqm), Galeria Pomorska (40,000 sqm), Metropolitan Outlet Bydgoszcz (16,000 sqm), Galeria Malta (54,000 sqm), Klif Warsaw (18,000 sqm), to name but a few. JLL takes the long view, developing long-term cooperation with the leading market players. Key clients include: GTC, Resolution Properties, Blue City, AEW, Apollo-Rida, Deka, Ghelamco, Heitman, Neinver, Carrefour, Immobel, PKO TFI, HBK, Mayland, Balmain AM.
