With 20 years of experience in advising office tenants, Artur Sutor represented dozens of international and local clients that leased >1 million sqm of workspace. He has established a reputation as a respected advisor and a charismatic business leader. Before launching ITRA Polska, he had co-founded Cresa Polska and had previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker.

ITRA Poland was launched in 2022. A decision to establish a company in times of uncertainty required courage and experience in calculating risks. Since then, ITRA has successfully built a foundation for further growth on a highly competitive real estate advisory market, taking part in over 50 completed office transactions, opening 2 regional offices and launching a brand new service concept - RentCheck. The company continues to expand its team, which has doubled in size since the beginning.

Apart from strengthening its position in the Warsaw office market, ITRA Polska will continue to grow in regional cities: Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Łódź and support ITRA Global in CEE region.
