- IIProp: current portfolio comprises of 8 projects in key logistics hubs in Germany, Poland, Netherlands and Spain. The total estimated GLA of IIProp’s secured projects amounts to ca. 343,000 sqm.

Future plans
Following recent increase of investment portfolio with the focus on private equity and a rebranding from Griffin Real Estate to Griffin Capital Partners, the company is going to focus both on RE and PE markets.
Griffin is going to develop existing platforms as well as look at other possibilities, such as self-storage market as well as at acquisition opportunities – Griffin is conducting due diligence on a residential and office developer in Germany.
