Last years were very successful for Ghelamco. The company has strengthened its leading position on the Polish office market thanks to achievements as: - The sale of The Warsaw HUB to Google for over 3 billion PLN. - The Warsaw UNIT was completed and leased in 100%. - Starting the construction of its own photovoltaic farms, which will power Ghelamco’s projects with clean energy.
