2016 was the company’s most active year since 2008, delivering/having under construction the highest number of profitable development projects in core CEE locations: 20 facilities totalling 350,300 m², 9 speculative – which is the record in the region this year.
In the 3 quarters to date, we have leased 1.3m m² of space, increased our operating portfolio occupancy to 95.6%, and retained 4 out of every 5 customers.
