Financial team includes partner and 4 managers on financial due diligence and modelling. These teams cooperate closely with Crido Legal real estate team. Paweł Toński leads a real estate tax team of over 50 people (5 partners). With over 20 years of experience is recognized by industry as leading tax expert. Paweł was crucial in designing and implementing structure models answering new tax environment in Poland and advised in major RE deals of the period. He is co-founder of Polish Commercial Real Estate Chamber. PINK’s expert in discussions with Ministry of Finance on tax changes impacting the industry, e.g. tax depreciation and WHT.

- tax and financial assistance in historically one of the largest land transactions in Poland (EUR 180m+) and complex structuring of entry of new investor (AFI Europe) into existing JV structure - around 20 PRS acquisitions, - assistance in transactions: over 10 office buildings, over 20 logistic parks, over 10 shopping projects, 3 hotels - acquisition of over 150 plots for logistics projects - restructuring of 6 portfolios of total value over EUR 5 billion - responsible for income tax filing for numerous projects worth over EUR 1bn - numerous successfully closed tax litigation in real estate, no case lost! (WHT, interest level, minimal income tax refunds, property tax refunds, post-restructurings litigation) - transfer pricing for 30+ RE clients with transactions of several billions of EUR
