•DWS. EUR 240 million sale of the iconic Metropolitan office building in Warsaw to Morgan Stanley.
•EQT Exeters. EUR 220 million acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio.
•Partners Group. EUR 200 million acquisition of selected real estate assets of the BUMA Group.
•Panattoni. Sale of a logistics portfolio, consisting of five projects located in Poland; joint ventures with several investors.
•Invesco Real Estate. EUR 112.5 million sale of A2 Warsaw Park, the largest single warehouse project in Warsaw.
