The 9-floor building catches your eye immediately with elegant pure white façade adorned with playful relaxing balconies providing great views of the adjacent park. Greenery can be found throughout the entire building to create pleasant environment for work and relax. There is a sunken island full of vegetation in the middle of the entrance atrium, with a light cloud designed by artist Marek Cihal floating above. Benches from unique recycled concrete, so-called rebetong, will be placed around the complex and on the rooftop terrace.
Thanks to the advanced technologies installed, Parkview saves 50 % of both energy and potable water consumption. The building consumes 100 % of the green energy from renewable sources and it supports health & safety as well as well-being of their users providing premium quality of cleaned fresh air, daylight for more than 75 % of workstations and using cooling beams instead of fan coils to name but a few.
