Park Kladno: BTS for Hanon Systems Thermal Technology

Park Kladno – Transforming Legacy into a Sustainable Future Park Kladno combines a new 20,941 sqm production hall with the comprehensive renovation of an existing 15,908 sqm facility for Hanon Systems Thermal Technology. The project earned BREEAM Outstanding in summer of 2025 – Accolade’s ninth at this level. Built in 1999, the original building showcases how an aging industrial asset can be transformed into a modern, energy-efficient facility meeting today’s highest standards. A 2,226 kWp photovoltaic system integrates ground arrays, rooftop panels, and innovative flexible adhesive panels on the renovated building – one of the largest installations of its kind in the Czech Republic. Further technologies include heat pumps, rainwater harvesting, and full building envelope reconstruction. Both construction and renovation proceeded without operational interruption, proving exceptional coordination and technical excellence.
