The development created 500 new jobs, boosting local economic growth. To be certified under BREEAM Outstanding, it incorporates a roof prepared for 1 MWp photovoltaics, heat pumps, LED lighting with smart monitoring, and water-saving infrastructure. Unique biodiversity features include a hazel orchard, insect hotels, birdhouses, and extensive native greenery. Employee well-being is supported by landscaped relaxation areas, bike shelters and 20 EV chargers.
