Panattoni doesn’t yet publish a standalone ESG report, as directive obligations are postponed. However, the company reports to key stakeholders – banks, investors, and financial institutions. ESG data is collected in line with EU Taxonomy, SFDR and prepared for CSRD under ESRS, covering energy, water, waste, and CO₂. Performance is verified through external audits and green building certifications.
Green certificates obtained for the investments developed or purchased by your company
Certified space in CEE totals 13M in CEE, with nearly 1.7m sqm newly certified. Over last year, Panattoni obtained 52 certificates: WELL Gold v2 (Gliwice BTS office space, one of the first in Europe for industrial building, another in process); DGNB Gold, and BREEAM (42 Excellent, 2 Outstanding).
The company activities in environmental protection
Activities span construction and operation phases, focusing on reducing energy and water consumption, promoting waste recycling, low-emission transportation, rainwater retention, renewable energy sources. 895,000 sqm of roofs were reinforced for PV, with an installed capacity of 4.6 MWp and potential capacity of 90 MWp. Across CEE such roofs rexceed 2.3M sqm, representing 16.2 MWp installed and 230 MW potential. The company promotes biodiversity through native greenery, bee habitats, birdhouses.
The company activities in social responsibility
Panattoni enhances local infrastructure (road infrastructure, pavements, bus stops), continued aid for flood victims, partnerships with Kozminski Academy, Piszczek BVB and Widzew football academy for the youth, participated in charitable sports events, supported animal shelters, and became a patron of this year’s Nike Literary Award. The value of such investment was EUR 300,000 in Poland and EUR 54,000 in Czechia (student conferences, Bee Day for kindergartens, local festivals and sport events).
