Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 15 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 10 million sqm of warehouse space in Europe. Robert began his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company, has over 17 years of experience.

Amazon in Gliwice
Whenever a logistic center is delivered by Panattoni to Amazon, you can be sure of a few things: top quality, advanced technological solutions, impressive size and sustainable construction. Being the largest project in the developer’s portfolio, the 210,000 square meter BTS facility in Gliwice was no exception. Despite the facility’s scale, commencing the construction Panattoni had launched the certification process in the BREEAM 2016 New Construction Commercial scheme successfully leading to “Very Good” rating at the end of June 2020. The investment project was assessed in 10 categories, scoring the highest in energy and water saving systems and land use and ecology. In those three categories it earned over 70% of points (the “excellent” level). he investment in Gliwice is Panattoni’s eighth project developed for Amazon. Delivered in the BTS formula, it is 317 m long, 182 m wide and 26.7 m high.

Within this period Panattoni has signed contracts for property management of 1.4 million sqm in Poland in 65 locations. These include BTS projects and multi-tenant parks. Such projects as Amazon in Gliwice, 210,000 sqm, Amazon Bolesławiec 60,000 sqm and Amazon Łódź 45,000 sqm or A2 Warsaw Park with 103,000 sqm under one roof.

Panattoni as property manager provides services on a total space of over 4.1 million sqm in Poland. Undoubtedly we are the largest industrial property manager in Poland. Within 2019/20 nearly 1,5 million sqm of new space has been won by Panattoni property management team. A team of 35 people headed by Anna Kordos, take care of daily operations on properties within all regions of Poland. All together there are 322 clients and 23 different property owners. One of the biggest deals won in 2019 is a multi-story warehouse giant for Amazon in Gliwice with over 210,000 sqm of space. Having to work with different owners Panattoni team shows great flexibility in using different operational platforms.
