Kinga Nowakowska is working as an Operations Director in the Capital Park Group since 2007. Kinga is responsible for asset management, as well as for supervising marketing and communication. Since 2009 she is also taking the position of the General Director of the special purpose company ArtN Sp. z o.o., owned by the Capital Park Group, which is dedicated to complete the refurbishment and revitalization of the Norblin Factory in Warsaw. In 2016 she has been promoted to the position of Member of the Management Board.

Kinga Nowakowska is proffessionally related with the commercial real estate industry. She is also a co-founder of BioBazar, which is the first in Poland market with certified organic food, operating in Warsaw and Katowice. Kinga is also involved in the development of Invipay (a company from the fintech sector, offering an innovative factoring service for micrusand she is an active member of organizations supporting women's entrepreneurship. She is the founder of the Black Swan Fund operating under the Women Entrepreneurial Networks Foundation. She initiated the creation of the Individual Investors' Club. Black Swan Fund invests in start-up from various industries.

The Capital Park Group employs more than 80 people. The company is located and operates in Poland. The Group manages a portfolio of properties with a total area of 304,000 m2 and a market value of PLN 2.4bn, of which 77% are properties located in Warsaw, the most promising commercial real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe.

NOI for 2017 = 93 068 757 PLN. Comparing to 2016, NOI increased of over 14%.

Kinga Nowakowska has graduated from the Law Department at the Sorbonne, Paris, specializing in International Business Law. In the years 1995-1996 she was the coordinator in the field of sales of IBM network products in Eastern Europe for the Sodexi company in France. From 1997 for 11 years she was the General Director of Call Center Poland, which, under her leadership, became one of the largest outsourcing, multi-language customer service centers in Eastern Europe. Under her leadership it has become one of the largest outsourcing and multi-lingual customer service centers in Eastern Europe. In 2007, Call Center Poland S.A., being part of the Communication One Group, was successfully sold. From 2007 Kinga is professionally related with Capital Park Group.

The commitment, creativity and openness of the team managed by Kinga Nowakowska in relation to the tenants of projects is highly rated by them. In 2017, in a survey conducted by Capital Park, over 90% of respondents expressed their satisfaction with cooperation with the Group and emphasized that relations with tenants constitute a strategic area of activity for the company. It is worth noting the achievement of 2017 that revenue from the Capital Park Group increases from the basic lease by 15%. Another area of activity that Kinga Nowakowska is responsible for is the revitalization project of the former Norblin factory located in Warsaw's Wola district. November 15, 2017 the construction officially began and it will last till the 2020. The start of the project, managed by Kinga Nowakowska, in November last year is the culmination of a long-term investment preparation period and is a landmark event in the Capital Park Group's operations.

She is the author of the Biuro Plus concept, according to which individual solutions aimed at supporting the needs of tenants are implemented in each of the Capital Park Group projects. They are based on high-quality architecture, ecology and sustainable development, greenery and the quality of the surroundings, promotion of sport and physical activity, art and culture in common spaces, a wide range of services and a creative approach to asset management. Thanks to this, both Eurocentrum Office Complex and Royal Wilanów – flagship office investments of Capital Park - can enjoy numerous industry prizes. Kinga is also responsible for the revitalization of one of the most-famous and largest post-industrial areas in Warsaw - the former Norblin Factory. This is a unique example of revitalization on a national scale. On the 2 ha area there are 9 buildings listed in the register of monuments and 2 historical buildings. All of them will be incorporated into a new project and they will be given new functions while respecting the history and identity of this place.

In May 2018 Kinga won the prize Top Woman in Real Estate 2018 in the "Business Management" Category. The prize is given among others for the implementation of solutions that significantly influenced the company's growth over the past year, an innovative approach to project management in the real estate sector, active membership in business organizations and ability to use synergy with the activities of other entities on the market. Kinga was appreciated, among others for creating and implementing the original asset management strategy of the Capital Park Group - Biuro Plus, and for dedicated work put into preparation for the start of the Group's flagship investment - revitalization of the former Norblin Factory. Also, she was rewarded for effective property management department group and for building lasting, partner relationships with tenants. Kinga was also awarded for supporting women trying their hand in business, through the activity of "business angels" in the Black Swan Fund.
