Aareal Bank AG – a German bank has granted a Karimpol Group company five-year financing, which was one of the highest amounts granted in 2023 on the office property market in Poland. The funds obtained, amounting to EUR 115 million, were allocated to refinancing Karimpol's flagship investment – the Skyliner project at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw.

Skyliner II - Warsaw, Poland. The second tower of the Skyliner complex will be 130 m high and have 28 floors, offering a total of 24,000 sq m of leasable space. Of this, approximately 23,000 sq m will be allocated to modern offices and 1,000 sq m to retail and service premises on the ground floor. BREEAM Outstanding.
