Jolanta has been a Partner and the Head of Real Estate at the Warsaw office of Greenberg Traurig since September 2017. Previously, she was a Partner and Head of Real Estate at the Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells for more than 17 years and a partner for three years at Cameron McKenna. Before she began her career with international law firms, she ran her own legal practice.

Jolanta concentrates her practice on real estate transactions and the financing of real estate projects. She represents developers, project financing banks, institutional clients and real estate funds in the biggest transactional projects in Poland. She is widely recognized in the real estate market for her business-oriented approach and commitment to clients. She has been involved in major transactions involving commercial, office, and logistic properties, including the construction of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw, as well as cross-border deals throughout Europe. Jolanta assists local and international clients investing in real estate in Poland, advising on the structure of transactions, the acquisition and sale of building sites, the preparation of the investment process, and the negotiation and drafting of construction, development, and real estate contracts. She has also been involved in numerous arbitration proceedings in Poland.

Jolanta has more than 30 years of legal experience in real estate. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig in September 2017, she was the Head of Real Estate at the Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells.
