Hadley Dean brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to EPP. Most recently the CEO of Compass Offices’ European, Middle Eastern, and African operations, Hadley helped Compass grow to become the largest serviced office provider with a network extending to Australia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
Prior to Compass, Hadley served as a Managing Partner at Colliers International, an industry-leading global real estate services company operating in 66 countries. Responsible for Colliers’ Eastern Europe region, Mr. Dean managed business across twelve countries, sixteen offices, and more than 750 employees. He was also Colliers' EMEA Management Board Member.
Hadley holds a BSc from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and a Property valuation and Management degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year
- Leading, building an excellent management team that together successfully listed the newly established EPP.
- Raising 250 million of Equity to help start building EPP into the Polish national retail champion that is consolidating the Polish retail market.
- During this period EPP has enlarged its portfolio by 8 projects valued at almost EUR500 million.
- Simultaneously Hadley is huge promoter of Poland as the country for foreign investments, and coined the phase that Poland is “young Germany” . He used his media interviews and specialized events panels to positively motivate Polish entrepreneurs and politicians to create a positive image of the country internally and externally.
- The company grew from nearly 100 to almost 170 people within the first year since listing in Sept 2016
- The value of the portfolio grew from 1.2 billion euro at listing to 1.7 billion euro in H1 2017

Over the last 20 years Hadley has been actively promoting CEE and Poland in particular to international investors.
