We are proud to collaborate with over 100 companies in the real estate industry. A key element of our business, built on the trust we have earned from our clients, is the signing of more than 20 framework agreements with our partners. Due to the specific nature of our work, many of these agreements include confidentiality clauses, which we respect with the utmost care. Therefore, we are only able to share selected projects completed last year and highly praised by our clients.
Among projects involving in-depth analyses are Ghelamco’s Bellona and Groen buildings, for which we provided comprehensive LCA consulting. In certification projects, we supported our clients in achieving the highest ratings: Green Day Wrocław – PATRIZIA SE – BREEAM In-Use Excellent; Podium Park – Globalworth – BREEAM In-Use (the highest score in Poland for an office building); Holm House 5 – Skanska Residential Poland – BREEAM In-Use (the first Excellent rating for a residential building in Poland); and Brain Embassy – Adgar Poland – WELL Certification for a co-working space.
As mentioned, one of the major achievements of the past year was the implementation of more than ten BMSCare systems integrating Digital Twin technology into buildings. Skanska Property Poland and STENA have publicly shared the benefits of this implementation in the media.
