- Ghelamco on the largest office transaction in 2024, the €280 M sale of the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper - the developer's flagship office project in Poland - to Sweden's Eastnine AB.
- A joint venture between Apsys and Ceetrus for the €200 M development of Wilanów Park, a green retail and lifestyle park in Warsaw.
- Orbis on the sale of the legendary five-star Sofitel Grand Sopot hotel to Sinfam Investments, the Polish company investing in premium hotel properties.
- Stena Real Estate, a Swedish real estate company, on the acquisition of two buildings of the High5ive office complex in Kraków from the Scandinavian fund Niam. The acquired properties enhanced the company’s existing portfolio, which already includes another building of the same complex, acquired from Skanska Property Poland in May 2022.
- Skanska on the sale of the P180 office building in Warsaw to a joint venture formed by the Czech real estate fund Investika Real Estate Fund and Bud Holdings.
