C&W’s Capital Markets team in Poland advises leading institutional investors, private equity funds, and property owners on executing some of the most high-profile real estate transactions in the country. Between August 2024 and August 2025, the team closed investment deals totalling approx. EUR 1.2 billion, marking a remarkable 102% increase in transaction volume year-on-year. This includes key transactions across all major asset classes – office, logistics, and retail – such as the landmark advisory for Ghelamco during the sale of the Vibe office building.
