Asset Services expanded managed commercial properties portfolio to 4.6 M sqm. The team secured several new mandates:
Savills IM: Starting December 2024, C&W is managing the iconic Gdański Business Centre office complex in WAW consisting of 4 buildings and totalling 105,000+ sqm
Accolade: Appointed C&W as property manager for part of their logistics portfolio – 6 logistics assets located in WAW and other regional cities (198k sqm). This marks the beginning of our cooperation with the Client.
Golden Star: At the beginning of 2025 C&W was entrusted with the property management mandate by another new Client in our portfolio and is overseeing The Oxygen Park - modern office complex located in WAW.
Clarion: Chose C&W to manage Tricity Park located in Pruszcz Gdański, a logistics complex of 64,000+ sqm. This is another great example of working with a new client in our managed properties
UBM: Entrusted C&W with financial management services for their Poleczki Park office complex of 8 SPVs
