C&W’s Office Agency in PL is a well-established team of leasing experts supporting both tenants and landlords with a 360-degree approach to office advisory. Combining international standards with deep local insight, the team consistently delivers tailored, high-impact solutions across key office markets.
Between August 2024 and August 2025, the team advised on some of the most complex and high-value leasing transactions in PL, while strengthening landlord strategies in a market shaped by hybrid work and shifting occupier expectations.
The T-rep team aligns real estate with business goals, optimizing space use, cost efficiency and employee experience. On the Landlord side, C&W supports owners and investors in maximizing asset visibility, stabilizing occupancy and elevating long-term value.
With a sharp understanding of market dynamics and tenant behaviours, the Office Agency team is a trusted partner consistently at the forefront of reshaping the modern workplace.
