        Agata Jurek-Zbrojska heads the Polish real estate and construction team. She advises local and international investors, developers, and real estate funds active in CEE. She focuses on strategic acquisitions and sale, JVs, structuring and restructuring in all market segments, incl. office, retail, logistics and residential. She advised on the first projects in PRS market in Poland, this year she also provided strategic advice on one of the largest data centres transactions on the market.

        Union Investment Real Estate GmbH – on the EUR 373m sale of the Magnolia Park shopping centre in Wrocław to NEPI Rockcastle. Xior Student Housing – on (i) forming a JV with Solida Capital and a EUR 40m forward funding development and acquisition of a student housing project in Warsaw, its first flagship project in Poland’s capital; and (ii) the acquisition of a student accommodation investment in Warsaw from Syrena Real Estate, marking the second successful sale of a stabilised PRS project in Poland. BIG Shopping Centers Group – on acquiring four retail parks with a total GLA exceeding 105,000 sq. m. Invesco Real Estate – on acquiring the new Cloud One Gdańsk hotel from Granaria Development Gdańsk, a JV between Immobel and Multibud. Greykite – on its debut acquisition of a major logistics portfolio in Poland, the first phase of a JV with White Star Real Estate worth EUR 300m.
