Bopro Poland established it's office in Warsaw in October 2024. So far completed ca 90 missions (majority portfolio) in Poland and ca 130 in CEE.
Since opening of the office we have not only enlarged the Team and gained new Clients, but also contributed to the market - via Memberships (BCC, ULI, PRCH, PLGBC) sharing> 15years of experience and practice in sustainability and Partnerships adding value to services of our partners (Green Lights - energy providing; Potestia/ Apsys Group - facility management; ITR Global -tenant representation, ING Bank- real estate re-/financing) organizing workshops and providing exceptional combination of services. BOPRO grew from PROJECT MANAGEMENT and QUANTITY SURVEY. We do not only advice and REPORT SUSTAINABILITY but can quantify solutions that we can deliver and implement, which means using our technical knowledge as well as COMMERCIAL real estate KNOW-HOW we transfer them into Capex & Opex.
