Finishing the first part of the Atrium Promenada extension – the flagship investment of the group (opening: 1st part of the new building – March 2016, 2nd part – October 2016). Thanks to the extension, Atrium Promenada has a new, elegant part of building, which is a continuation of existing main hall, maintained in an elegant, modern style, decorated with matt-gold facade, illuminated with LED light facing the street Ostrobramska St. The new part of building is full of conveniences for the customers (extended Wi-Fi zone, special comfort zones, equipped with mobile device charging points, new toilets). The new building became a place for a new and previous tenants – e.g. 3-level H&M store, with H&M Home - one of the biggest shops of this brand in Poland, MAC Cosmetics, Time Trend, Le Charme. Upon completion of whole extension Atrium Promenada will not only strengthen its position, but it will become a commercial showcase of Warsaw's right bank and the beating heart of the district.

A reflection of the direction in which Atrium is going is the extension and redevelopment of Atrium Promenada, the company’s flagship asset. Thanks to the extension (opening: 1st part of the new building – March 2016, 2nd part – October 2016), Atrium Promenada has a new, elegant part of building, which is a continuation of existing main hall, maintained in an elegant, modern style, decorated with matt-gold facade, illuminated with LED lights facing the Ostrobramska Street. The new part of building is full of conveniences for the customers, such as extended Wi-Fi zone, special comfort zones, equipped with mobile device charging points, new toilets and facilities for cyclists. The further plans of assume modernization of the main hall into the Fountain Alley, creating new food court and additional retail space.
