With nearly 20 years of active experience in tax advisory, Łukasz specializes in real estate transactions, including both share deals and asset deals, as well as business reorganizations and investment structuring. He has overseen and been directly involved in numerous M&A processes, providing strategic support in planning entry and exit strategies for investments, advising on optimal financing structures, analyzing tax implications and optimizing ownership and financial frameworks.

ASB’s CE4 team consists of professionals specializing in tax advisory, transactions consulting and corporate structuring, with a dedicated focus on real estate. The team includes partners and managers with expertise in transactional tax, litigation and transfer pricing, working in close coordination with accounting teams across our European offices. We advise on all types of real estate transactions, including shopping centers, industrial parks, warehouses and logistics facilities, office buildings and investment land. Our services include full support for investment funds, SPV administration services and transaction advisory services. We are actively engaged in project work, delivering comprehensive tax and financial due diligence services to support transaction risk assessment. Our digital tools enhance billing automation and ensure alignment with current tax regulations.
