ARETE Park Rzeszow North is a modern Class A park, offers nearly 90,000 m² of leasable space and is fully occupied by long-term tenants. The park is located directly on the A4 motorway and also the Via Carpathia which is a key international transport artery. It is also in close proximity to Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport. This gives the logistic park an exceptional transport accessibility. The region is also known as Poland’s “Aviation Valley”. The transaction was 60 mil EUR.
Future plans
ARETE plans to finalize its current fund cycle, complete investor payouts as scheduled, and has launched a new investment fund which will be developed further— the ARETE Energy Fund — focused on sustainable energy and infrastructure assets across Central Europe.
