-	Skanska on the sale of the Studio B office building in Warsaw to Stena Real Estate.
-	Sona Asset Management on the acquisition of a 49% stake in CPI Project Invest and Finance, a.s. – a Czech holding company established by CPI Group. The gross asset value of the portfolio exceeds EUR 1 billion.
-	Grupa Archicom on the sale of the City 2 office building in Wrocław, which forms part of the City Forum complex.
-	The CEE Student Housing Fund of 1 Asset Management on a project finance loan which will support the transformation of 21,000 sqm of the A-class Lipowy Office Park in Warsaw's Ochota district into modern co-living spaces for young professionals and students.
