AFI completed the acquisition of a land property from Develia in Wrocław for PLN 50.5 million (approx. EUR 11.7 million). The plot, located at the Kolejowa Street, covers 5,500 sqm and will be developed as part of AFI’s expansion into the Wrocław PRS market.
Future plans
AFI Home in Poland will develop AFI Home Kolejowa (600 units), followed by its successful debut in Wrocław. In the Czech Republic, the company will finalize AFI Home Nová Elektra (291 units), while in Romania, AFI Home North A and B (300 units) will be launched.
