Team description including the major achievements
In May 2025, the entire Polish office transitioned from operating under the Linklaters brand to joining Addleshaw Goddard (AG), marking a significant expansion of the firm’s international footprint. AG is an international law firm with 21 offices globally, with real estate as one of its core areas of expertise, further boosting our already very strong real estate practice in Poland.
The Polish real estate team consists of over 20 lawyers, offering full-service legal support across all asset classes. In 2024, the investment volume in the Polish real estate market exceeded EUR 4.5 billion. Our team advised on transactions totalling nearly EUR 2.5 billion - which means we worked on deals worth over half of the total market volume. For years, our real estate practice has been consistently ranked Band 1 in Chambers Europe and Tier 1 in Legal 500, reflecting its market-leading position and client trust.
