Griffin Real Estate - acquisition and acquisition finance of Raiffeisen Business Center located at 20 Piękna Str. in Warsaw. Value: EUR 30 mln. Redefine Properties Limited - the acquisition of a 75 % stake in Echo Polska Properties from Echo Investment (18 commercial properties).Value: EUR 1.2 bil. Echo Polska Properties - acquisition of 7 office buildings from Echo Inv. Value: EUR 264 mln. Employees Provident Fund (the Malaysian governmental social security institution) - advising on credit facilities granted by United Overseas Bank Limited from Singapore for the purpose of refinancing the acquisition of properties located in Luxembourg, France and Poland. Value: EUR 94 mln. International Infrastructure Fund: Advising the acquirers on the acquisition of shares in AmberOne - the special purpose vehicle established to build and operate the 154km stretch of the A1 motorway between Gdansk and Torun.

Value: EUR 120 mln. YIT Development - acquisition of real property located in Warsaw for the purposes of a residential development. Value: Confidential. According to Colliers Annual Report 2015 saw EUR 4.1 billion of total investment in Poland in commercial property (i.e. office, industrial, retail, hotels). Likewise, according to a report compiled by CBRE, the first half of 2016 has seen EUR 2 billion of commercial real estate transactions. In the first 9 months of 2016, KZP has either represented the seller or buyer in a combined value of EUR 1.8 billion of commercial real estate transactions in Poland. This would equal, based on 2015’s total figure, KZP acting on 44% of the total commercial real estate transactions in Poland. In total, between October 2015 and September 2016, KZP has acted for the buyer in the acquisition of 29 commercial real estate properties, comprising mainly shopping centers and offices. Our Real Estate team advised Redefine Properties Limited in Q1 of 2016 on the largest commercial real estate transaction in Polish real estate history with a value of EUR 1.2 billion.
