Tomasz Lubowiecki is a founder and President of the Board 7R SA. He has over 20 years of experience in the development industry. Together with one of Kraków's developers – Wawel Serwis, he delivered such projects as Polana Borkowska, Business Park Zawiła and Wielicka Business Park. In 7R as well as being the President for 10 years he also manages Leasing and Marketing & PR departments.

7R is the first developer to introduce the SBU concept into the Polish market of urban warehouses. 7R's offer is unique in terms of combining the SBUs into a nationwide network, instead of delivering single facilities that were present on the market before. 7R City Flex network responds to the niche of facilities located close to city centers that enables fast movement of goods. What is unique about the 7R City Flex is their location close from city centers which enables delivering goods to the final customer within the minimum amount of time or collection by the customers themselves. This improves the last mile logistics process. All 7R’s buildings are BREEAM certified. In all warehouses is installed the LED lighting. Also, in selected facilities an intelligent DALI system is being implemented. 7R customers can also take advantage of the most modern heating solutions, which eliminate the emission of pollutants and are effective alternative to traditional heating.

The milestones in the company's history over the last decade - key events that are a measure of the company's development and success, the scale of its development, the number of employees now and 10 years ago, new services, new markets etc.
For a decade 7R has gradually worked for success, gaining experience and growing on Polish market. Since the beginning of operations back in 2009 the company remains with 100% Polish capital. 7R team consists of over 60 professionals. In 2009 7R started the first project 7R Park Gdańsk. Since then, the company has handed over an average of one warehouse every year. In 2015, started another large flagship project - 7R Park Kraków. Also this year 7R started its cooperation with Hillwood Investment Properties, one year after all assets in 7R Park Gdańsk were sold to CBRE Global Investors. The breakthrough was 2017 – 7R breaking record and completed 7 facilities with total GLA 140 000 sq.m. In 2018 7R introduced 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept as well as start cooperation with Chicago based investor Inside Real Estate. In 2019 the largest transaction for the company and for the region took place - two assets from 7R portfolio at the total price of 130 million EUR and 150 000 sq.m.
